3 basic Low/Medium level requests per month (total of 36/year), 1 High level and 1 Critical level requests for resolution to service outages, Remote support methodology, Three (2) support requests for creation/modification of new accounts, diagnosis/resolution of software issues, user guidance sessions, Monthly monitoring and reporting of Odoo system health status (Basic report covering uptime, performance metrics, and critical alerts), Quarterly basic system check-up and cleanup (database optimization, log review, and minor performance tuning).
